Location and cleanliness.

Gas bill unpaid hence no heating or hot water for a shower. Letting agent tried to tell me how to do an emergency procedure to get the gas and then restart the boiler instead of coming out and doing it herself. Was told she was out of London but would be back in the evening to rectify the issue. Didn't arrive and, being desperate, I managed to get it sorted. I will be sending an invoice in the amount of £400 for services rendered. To top it all off I was required to pay a £250 deposit which would be repaid within 7 days of leaving the property, letting agent forgot to do it so took 14 days to receive the deposit. This put me into overdraft and now have to pay extra fees.

The kitchen area was nice and the patio was ok

It was dirty the kitchen was very poorly stocked , only 2 mugs no tea spoons and dirty, The bathroom was grim to say the least, the seating in the lounge room was filthy dirty and the beds smelled bad, by the end of the first night my feet were black from dirty floors

The apartment is a good one just that my son find it difficult to sleep at night .
