For stays longer than 30 nights, guests will receive an electronic lease agreement which must be signed prior to arrival. This property features contactless self check-in. After booking, you will receive a link to verify your identity and provide a card for incidentals via our secure verification portal. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. You are prohibited from placing any items on patios, balconies, or anywhere else on the property. We welcome pets at The Dylin — at this time, limited to dogs only. We have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. We have a weight limit of 50lbs per pet and are not able to accommodate aggressive breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman, Boxers, German Shepherds, Bull Mastiffs, Staffordshire Terriers, or Wolf Hybrids. There will be a one-time nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 per pet per stay which is due at booking. Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all dogs checking in. Please contact the property to register your pet and provide proof of vaccination.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
