I would definitely stay here again! The location and views are perfect. Centrally located next to lots of good restaurants, shops and an easy morning 15 minute walk to the tour boat docks. Gina is a gem - she was a great communicator and her husband carried our bags up and down the stairs and even gave us a ride to the airport at 6:30 am! ❤️ The apartment is huge and very comfortable. We appreciated having a washing machine and the snacks Gina left for us.

I was confused at first about the shower’s hot water situation because Gina pointed to the tank and said something about wait for it to get past midnight. But my husband explained that there is a clock like water heat indicator on the tank. You have to wait for “the clock hand” to move clockwise “past midnight “ to know you have enough hot water. There is a switch on an electrical panel you have to flip on to preheat the water. Then turn the switch off before you shower. The water heated quickly and lasted a long time.

Everything about our stay at Contessa di Corfu i was exceptional, from the host, to the property itself and all the little details within. I have stayed in other properties in Corfu and this is by far my favourite and the one I will be hoping I can book next time I visit. The host went out of her way to provide us with helpful information and her communication was brilliant and started well in advance of our stay. The property itself was so cosy and homely and full of amazing art and interior design details. There was also a small gym area, although you don’t need this after walking up and down the many flight of stairs. The property was also extremely well equipped with the host providing all those little extras you might need from fruit juice to flannels and robes. To top it off, it was extremely well located on the edge of the old town and right next to many very good eateries and shops. It’s worth mentioning here that the apartment is very well soundproofed so we were not disturbed at all. Being high up also meant we had great views of the surrounding area including the sea, the Old Fortress and the ports.

Location was very good.. property was very clean and the owner was very kind.. She also helped us about the good restaurants nearby.. It was about 7 minutes walk from the beach.

Only the stairs were a bit hard with our luggage.

Amazing location, great views of the town and port (you can also watch the sunset from the bedroom which is nice). The host, Gina, is fantastic. Very informative and welcoming, with excellent recommendations. Great communication from the minute I booked to the minute I left. Fantastic facilities and lots of local treats, water, juices and wines which were complimentary. Can’t compliment the place & host enough. Fantastic stay!

Don’t book this apartment if you struggle with steps, lots of steep steps up to the apartment (which is stated in description). This did not bother us - this was not a negative for us.

Perfect location between harbour and old town. View from the back is over the sea and the harbour, view from the front is the old town church and roof tops. Views are stunning Gina was an exceptional host. Regular contact as we made our way there. Always available to help and provided wonderful bonuses, including wine, juice and fruit in the fridge on arrival and a welcome pack of local goodies. Also complimentary bathrobes and slippers. Great facilities. A proper oven, big fridge , washing machine. You could live here. Spacious rooms and great air conditioning in the bedroom.

The sofa beds are in the living room, which does not have air conditioning, only a fan. We stayed there during the heatwave in July and nights on the sofa bed were HOT ( even with the fan). This is my only negative. We loved this apartment. I would 1000% recommend staying here, but if you book for July or August, only use the bedroom.

We absolutely loved the old world charm of the building, the unit’s decor, and the excellent location! We traveled with carry-ons so the stairs were never a problem. We considered them part of our daily exercise. There are not enough good words to describe our host Gina, who was kind, helpful, hospitable and warm!
