awesome location in Nyhavn, everything is in walking distance. Smooth check in.

The apartment was extremely loud, you hear everything from above and underneath. it wasn't cleaned well (opened shampoo tester in the bathroom, toilet wasn't cleaned, a lot of dust in the living room). the equipment in the kitchen is very limited, nothing feels really of good quality

Everything else like the others have written! It was super dirty, as you can see in the pictures but I can’t leave them more, unfortunately. The beds were not done just the linings are left on the bed so you have to do it yourself like you are in a hostel! The sofa bed was not made even though I asked them two times in the msg and once live to do it. And the sofa is definitely not for sleeping because is mostly wood without any soft parts. The noise from the upper floor was as expected in the old building but when a small child is running around early in the morning then it's really not good. You only get one towel per person so you dry your hands with your T-shirt or something like that. The smell was awful a couple of times per day. There is no curtain on the small window in the bedroom and the one on the big one keeps falling. Don’t go if you have any other option. Not worth all that money.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, right in the center. Ideal for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.

Cleanliness could be improved.

It was an amazing location. Very easy to find and perfect for a small stay.

Only thing was the sofa bed is slightly uncomfortable but nothing compared to all the pros

The apartment we have rented do not include breakfast. The location was very convenient to anywhere. Lots of things to do and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was cozy.

In the bedroom, there was a small window has no blind and the opposite apartments can see into the bed.
