I booked a one-bedroom apartment. What we were given was a groundfloor studio with no windows (just one overhead skylight) with a room big enough to hold two double beds and no dining table. When I call to complain the owner was rude and dismissive. She refused to do anything and told me to call Booking. Booking put in a request for a refund to the owner, and the owner refused to reply. Booking said they could not give me a refund without a reply from the owner. My credit card company annulled the charge. We ended up staying at the excellent 4-stay Vincci hotel where two rooms ended up being the same price as this apartment if you factor in the free parking.

公寓具体位置在booking上和实际有点出入，找了半天，导航在转角处，实际在巷子里面一些的胃胀气。没电梯。公寓安排周边停车场，距离倒是很近，停车方便，但停车费订房时说是20欧一天，实际上停了两天收了56欧！有点坑

Las camas y las toallas

Dos sillas rotas y nunca vinieron a traer otras. La escalera interior es como de kit, le faltaban tornillos en la barra de sujetarse lo que hacía un auténtico peligro la escalera al tambalearse además de soltarse en la parte de arriba de la escalera. Avisamos para que pusieran los tornillos y no vinieron. La escalera es muy estrecha, hay que subir y bajar de lado y no cabe una maleta por ahí. Sin ascensor, no lo advierten. La terraza con el mobiliario muy sucio y la cortina suelta por trozos y sucia. La hamaca colgante de la foto está a punto de soltarse de la pared. La cocina no estaba muy limpia. No recomiendo este alojamiento. Por los fallos que he comentando y porque el dueño no hizo nada por remediar las sillas y la escalera.
