Il sogno delle rose

Majitel byl velmi ochotný a milý. Ubytování prostorné a velmi dobře vybavené s velkou terasou, hned vedle obchod Lidl. Apartmán velmi pěkný, čistý, dostatek skříní a odkládacích ploch. V kuchyni jsme ocenili velkou lednici s mrazákem, a také pračku. Postele a matrace velmi pohodlné. Ubytování doporučuji.

The Lidl next door made shopping super easy. It’s only about a 12 minute walk to down town and the beach.

The kitchen is understaffed, or rather worn out. no cups, no knife (bread knife only), no cutting board, all frying pan are scratched making them unusable. There is no microwave or coffee machine. There is instant coffee. I think this is an excellent option for living in the summer, during the beach season. but we had tourism and it was not very convenient

The communication for the self check in was very clear, and Mattia's good communication in Engligh was appreciated. This spacious second floor apartment is on the corner of a no-through road, so parking was no problem. It has great views from the wrap around balconies. There is air con in the 2 bedrooms, which have access to the huge balcony. Although it is quite a trek into town for restaurants etc, there is a massive new Lidl just a stone's throw away.

As we would be halfway through a busy 3 week road trip, on a 3 night stay, I booked this property because it had a washing machine. However, it didn't work. Mattia sent me links for launderettes I could use in town, but we just handwashed in the end. He wavered the city tax to compensate - grazie. What upset me though, was I felt like we were being accused of breaking it as he insisted it was working fine the day before (the drum was not going round). We would also suggest: a fan in the kitchen/dining area (relly stuffy in hot weather), some outside furniture in order to enjoy that lovely big terrace, and the kitchen utensils/equipment were a bit hit and miss. Also it is on a main road in to town, so a lot of road noise late into the night and early in the morning.

Good location. 10min walk away from seaside and just next to Lidl supermarket. Size of the house and rooms are good enough.

Electric house devices are mostly missing or mulfunctioning et al.

Necessary equipments can be found in the appartment but could be updated e.g kitcen table and chairs are made of plastic. A coat rack and a shoe rack in the hall would be a nice addition to the appartment. Some traffic noice could be heard in the appartment.

Large, clean and comfortable. We were two adult couples with very different schedules and the owners kindly provided an extra set of keys.
