La Casa del Bottaio, Charming flat just 500 m from Lucca s Centre

Apartament jest bardzo czysty i zadbany. Świetne usytuowanie w centrum ale jest cisza i spokój, miejsce parkingowe dla apartamentu więc nie trzeba się martwić czy będzie gdzie zaparkować. Do starego miasta ok 10 min pieszo. Niedaleko Florencji i Pizy. Do morza ok. 28 km. Dodatkowo jest świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Z czystym sumieniem każdemu polecam a ja z rodziną na pewno tam jeszcze wrucimy.

La colazione non prevista.e non presente. Sarebbe stato utile un minimo di dotazione per cucinare (più utensili,sale, ecc.). Come benvenuto comunque c'era una bottiglia di vino.

La tranquillità, il parcheggio interno, gli ambienti con l'aria condizionata, l'accoglienza con un regalo in tavola, la disponibilità di un terrazzino, l'efficacia degli infissi (isolamento termico acustico)

Mancava di fatto la possibilità di farsi un caffè, un solo telecomando per i due condizionatori presenti (abbiamo utilizzato il divano letto in cucina e la camera matrimoniale. Il cavatappi non funziona correttamente. La password del Wi-Fi è bibblica, l'armadio in camera da letto è primo di bacchetta per appendere gli abiti.

Plus gros poins forts : la proximité à pied de la vieille ville + le parking privé gratuit et sécurisé très pratique. Appartement propre et récemment rénové, WiFi gratuit. L'hôte répond rapidement et facilement depuis WhatsApp tout au long du séjour. Des voisins très sympathiques dans une maison en face qui parlaient très bien français et sont d'excellent conseil pour les visites ou autres.

Comme beaucoup de commentaires précédents : manque flagrant de vaisselle pour des groupes de plus de 2 personnes. Rideaux non occultants dans la cuisine et séjour. La chambre individuelle est très petite, peu confortable, pas de prise électrique bien placée pour recharger le téléphone, pas de climatisation et pas de rideau occultant ni volets. Penderie étrange dans la chambre principale avec une barre de cintres très haute et une ridiculement basse (ne permettant de suspendre que des affaires très courtes). La climatisation n'a pas fonctionné à l'étage de tout notre séjour (4 nuits début Juillet) malgré le signalement au propriétaire : c'est le plus gros point noir avec 28-30° relevé au minimum dans les chambres et la salle de bain. Combiné avec le taux d'humidité élevé dans la région, les nuits ont été difficiles.

The property is central and feels very secure. It is clean and fresh.

The single bed didn’t feel very sturdy. It wobbled as if the legs were ready to fall off 😂

The location was excellent, walking distance to central Lucca, lots of cafe’s, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Free parking in the same complex and good access. Great communication with the administrators, instructions very clear. Spacious appartments with basic amenities, 2 toilets, big shower, laundry with washing machine, aircon downstairs and in the double bedroom.

The single bedroom was small and a hot box during the day. Double sofa bed in the kitchen dining room came in very handy at night when the single bedroom was too hot. Basic supplies were a bit lacking compared to other accommodations we have been to, such as - no complimentary tea or coffee, one set of towels per person which requires washing after a few days if on a long stay but no washing powder supplied.

This is a lovely house. Spotlessly clean and good facilities. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and provided excellent welcome information and a welcome pack including a bottle of wine (thank you!). The location is just outside the city walls and in a upmarket local area with local shops, cafes and restaurants (and local prices too).

The only thing to be aware of is that it is a 25 minute walk to the train station, not a problem for us but just so you know.
