Przyjemny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie za pomocą kodów. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo sprawny kontakt z właścicielem.

İletişim konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık sorularımıza kısa sürede yanıtlar aldık. Ayrıca evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey ve fazlası mevcut. Çocuklar için bir kutu ve yaş gruplarına göre oyunlar bile vardı. İlk yardım kutusu, saç düzleştiricisi daha önce kaldığımız evlerde hiç karşılaşmadığım eşyalar:) Alicia’ya her şey için teşekkür etmek istiyorum.

The apartment was perfect and in an excellent location. It was really quiet but only a short distance to all the highlights of Seville. We felt safe and secure. Alicia left some chocolates and lemonade for us as a welcome, and checked in with us to see if everything was ok. The apartment had everything you needed, washing machine, dishwasher, aircon, alot of thought has gone into it all, it was very clean. The small outside area was perfect for lounging in the warm evenings. We had a lovely time as a family with two small children. Thank you.

The location is excellent. The property owner has thought of everything, even things that most others don’t, like a flat iron for ladies hair, clothes drying rack, etc. The apartment is spacious. The fridge was stocked with water and milk for coffee. The Kutcher had everything to make light meals or breakfast. Overall we liked the place.

Parking was a bit of an issue but this was more to do with it being Easter weekend “semana Santa” which the owner told us about in advance and we ended up parking about a mile away to be able to get out of the area on Easter Sunday.

The location is perfect you can go to the famous things by walk.

I have stayed in six hotels in Spain, and the service of this hotel is the best, and it is also the cleanest. The hotel owner gave us excellent parking suggestions, which also helped us save a lot of money. We are very grateful for his warm hospitality and practical advice.

Immaculately clean, fully equipped (cosmetics, bed linen, coffee, heating and air conditioning). The pictures are absolutely true to reality, spacious, stylish, comfortable accommodation. The host responded promptly, gave instructions on everything what we needed, was exceptionally kind and handled any situation that arose in a professional manner, despite the fact that we had not even met. She even gave us small gifts. The location of the studio is also excellent. Supermarket two minutes away, the street is extremely quiet, but one corner within a block of bars, shops, walking street, church and Setas. All the tourist attractions were within easy walking distance. We went in January, the town is full of orange trees, which are ripe at this time of year. We could have coffee and tapas outside on the terrace in our coats everywhere. There are fewer tourists at this time of year. There are many places nearby that are visited by locals. I recommend it for anyone up to 4 people or couples. (Transfer: we took the bus and walked up, it's a bit adventurous to walk with our suitcases, on the way back we got a taxi, it takes 20-30 minutes to get to the airport.)

Never close the terrace door from the outside!
