Die Lage ist super! Mitten drin in der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Besser geht nicht. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter.

You won't find a better location in the city. The host was very responsive to my messages. The flat was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the bed sheets were extremely soft on the skin. This was a good option for friends to share a space, without sharing a bed.

The sofa bed was a little tricky to pull out due to the rug. 2 people needed to lift the sofa and pull out both ends of rug before the sofa could convert.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral im Herzen Rigas und war bei unserem Besuch sauber hergerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und wir haben alles Nötige gefunden, um uns schnell zurecht zu finden. Super angenehm war die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts. Auf Rückfragen wird schnell und entgegenkommend geantwortet. Die Anweisungen zum Check-In waren zudem detailliert und gut verständlich.

Zwei Dinge sollte man im Vorfeld wissen: 1) Eigentlich handelt es sich um ein Schlafzimmer und ein Durchgangszimmer, da das zweite Schlafzimmer nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt ist. Entsprechend ist natürlich jedes Gespräch und jeder Toilettengang gut zu hören. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr eng geschnitten - entsprechend ist kaum Platz, um seinen Koffer unterzubringen. Für zwei Personen oder eine kleine Familie, bei der man die Kinder im Auge behalten möchte, scheint mir die Unterkunft gut geeignet. Als zwei Paare hatten wir aber keine wirkliche Privatsphäre. 2) Direkt gegenüber liegt eines der berühmtesten Hostels Rigas mitsamt Karaokeabenden. Am Samstag fand bei uns nachts gegenüber eine große Karaokeparty statt. Entsprechend laut war es bis 1:00 Uhr Nachts. Danach schließen aber die Lokale. Generell sollte man sich auf einen lebhaften Partytourismus im Sommer einstellen.

Location is absolutely fantastic, keys were easy to find, communication through booking was smooth and the apartment was clean. Overall our stay was good.

The apartment seems smaller in person than in the pictures. And maybe the ventilation was not very good, as the apartment kept smelling like you're inside an airplane even with all the windows open, and got quite hot in summer.
