Clean and perfect location

The house was amazing in a very good location and very clean. The area was super quiet, which for relaxing is perfect, all the amaeneties shops restaurants and sea are just a short walk away. Mariano was very nice and helpful we asked if we could have kept our luggages in the house after the check out and he helped us a lot. Very good value for money. Extremely recommended!

Liked the what's app before we stayed to confirm things etc

There was a really bad smell of mould/damp for our entire stay not sure if it was from the air conditioning or just in general Obviously it's privately owned which is okay but there was no change of towels etc, we were given a few towels and had to keep on top of washing them and drying to make sure we had enough. Everything was perfect, lovely touches of a bottle of wine being left when we arrived, plenty cleaning products too aswell as spices etc if we were to cook with them In the presses

Excellent location 5 mins from strip, apartment has everything you need

I stayed for a week with my husband and parents. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed and more. The bottle of wine left for us was such a lovely gesture. The pool area was very quiet, mostly residential but everyone was very friendly. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We highly recommend this property. The owner was available on WhatsApp throughout for any questions or queries. Thank you Mariano.

Take plenty of 1 & 2 euro coins for the air conditioning. Local shops are more than happy to exchange notes for you.

Excellent property in a fantastic apartment complex. The location was superb and the property was beautiful. Communication from the host could not have been better. The apartment was beautifully laid out and the place was very safe and quiet. Couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough, one of the best I've stayed at. Spotlessly clean with a lot of attention to detail. Some lovely touches like the welcoming bottle of wine, tea, coffee and sugar.

cozy apartment and well-equipped

I liked everything about the place: the apartment was beautiful, the apartment complex was lovely, quiet, well looked after. The position was perfect to reach anything: beaches, shops, restaurants, bus stops... you name it. The host was super helpful and kind.
