نظافة الغرفة متوسطة وجود مواقف خاصة بالفندق

الهاتف لا يعمل الموظفين غير متعاونين و غير احترافيين في ادارة منشأة في مكة المكرمة خصوصا موظفة الاستقبال ازعاج غير مبرر من موظفي نظافة الغرفة كل 30 دقيقه تقريبا يطرق الباب موظف ويسأل أنت طلبت نظافة ؟؟؟ ما عندك نظام او مشرف يعرف من اللي طالب نظافة ؟؟ الفندق يقع في موقع مرتفع خصوصا لكبار السن و النساء السرير غير مريح أبدا السرير صلب
