افضل قيمه مقابل سعر وقريب جدا من الحرم و به موقف سيارات خاص

i like the property it was far from haram pak,

الفندق يحتاج صعود بالاقدام كونه واقع على تله صغيرة ويحتاج جهد

The room service staff is very cooperative especially Mr. Sujun and Mr. Moin Uddin.

There is no Club car/ Golf car service to move the guests up and down the hill. Everytime, we have to climb at least 100m up the hill which is very difficult and not recommended for old persons in case if the hotel doesn't start the golf car service.

Good staff. The amenities.

No laundry. The drainage system in my shower was blocked. So everytime i had a shower. Water will be there for another 2 hours. The door lock was also not functioning well for the toilet.

I had a truly wonderful and peaceful stay at this hotel in Makkah during my Umrah. From the moment I arrived, the service quality exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I would like to especially appreciate Mr. Iftekhar, the Housekeeping Manager, for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He ensured that everything was perfectly maintained and regularly checked to make sure I was comfortable. His dedication truly reflects excellent hospitality. My sincere thanks also go to Mr. Ahead Suzon for his friendly attitude, prompt support, and exceptional service. His positive behavior and willingness to help made my stay even more comfortable and peaceful. All the staff were respectful, cooperative, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. After long hours of Umrah and prayers, returning to such a clean, well-managed, and calm environment felt like a true blessing. I am extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. In shaa Allah, I would love to stay here again.
