This is a new hotel. The rooms are beautiful, some even have separate hot tubs for after those long hikes. The attention to detail placed on the decorations is impecable. Grimaldo and the staff were incredibly friendly. And it was a great price.

Oh my! Where to start! This hotel is a gem! The rooms are lovely, the location and views of the mountains from your window is spectacular. You feel like you can open your window, reach out and be touching the enormous mountains beside you! The hotel is fairly new! The owner and staff were very accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They provide heaters for cool evenings. My dinner was excellent. Great variety. The owner arranged an excellent private driver for me. Perfect personality accompaniment. The rate through booking.com was unbelievably low. I seriously can’t find one bad thing to tell you. Honestly, if it’s available- BOOK IT!

Grimaldo was awesome! He did a great job communicating with me before my stay. He arranged a driver to pick me up from Ollantaytambo along with a private Sacred Valley tour which was incredible. My room was beautiful with a great view. Most comfortable bed in Peru! Breakfast was nicely prepared for me, and he made sure I had everything I needed.

While the property is beautiful, the surrounding neighborhood was a little rough.

Wonderful large clean room - We had a spa bath suite and it was awesome Great customer service Supportive in arranging onward / day trips with private drivers etc. Flexible to date change and very accommodating Great wifi for remote working including calls and screen sharing.

Tiny bit out of Urumbamba - but only about 8mins in a collectivo - easy to jump in and move onward - but it is local travel hub where you need to go to take all onward travel Bathroom is smelly - it their fault - it’s the water / drain system. Unfortunate really as the place is spotless.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We booked it for two nights to acclimatize before going tot Cusco and it couldn’t be better. We had a jacuzzi in our room, the food was delicious (try the quinotto and the ceviche!) and the staff was very friendly. He also arranged a horse back riding tour for us with the most amazing Peruvian paso horses and friendly guides. It is a great place to explore the sacred valley and they also organize private tours to the main sights. We would definitely come here again and recommend this hotel for everyone!

La infraestructura del hotel es muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias y bien mantenidas. La vista de los pisos superiores es linda. La atención muy amable.

Los primeros días no había mucho personal y, aunque nunca se dejó de atendernos, se podía sentir la falta de manos. Recomendaría coordinar más personal para los días en que tengan varias reservas.

Todo lindo y la atención excelente

Very nice and clean facilities and staff! The hotel was very helpful in getting taxis, including late in the evening. The breakfast was good (very similar to other hotels in this price range I was in). In walking distance from another hotel with a nice cafe for during the day.

Urubamba is bigger and so there are more things in walking distance. We came back from an event late in the evening and our driver had to call the hotel to open the front door (this was not a problem, just communicate a late arrival with the staff).
