Seafret Barn sleeps two, North Norfolk

Grove Barn is a beautiful collection of holiday barns, with lovely gardens in which our dog enjoyed running around with the host's dogs. It was close to fields and public footpaths where I could walk my dog each morning. The location was great for visiting Cromer and other North Norfolk attractions. The accommodation was on one floor, so no stairs to climb (for 2 people staying).

Not much. Small things like no tin foil to use in the grill, so I had to buy some. Kitchen tongs would be useful. The sofas have seen better days - the seats have lost their firmness. More scatter cushions would have helped make them feel more comfortable.

It was fine, I'd go again if I couldn't find anywhere better. Nice Kitchen, well equipped Spacious, especially bedroom and bathroom. Good sofas

Would be great if the light outside the door came on BEFORE I'd fallen down the step behind the gate and twisted my ankle. Could also have been warmer. Gradually warmed up during our stay. Would have liked some nice lighting over the dining table

.The cottage is lovely . We travelled on 2nd Jan .. accommodation was really warm and clean. Trolleys make life so easy with luggage. Very dog friendly, we had 2 crates for our dogs ..plenty of room....would highly recommend.. Host communication is great..looking forward to coming back soon

Having a bath; lots of hot water; well equipped kitchen (except no kitchen scissors); spacious; good location; welcoming & communicative & helpful hosts

Hoover didn’t work so couldn’t hoover round as per guest welcome instructions

The property was welcoming, warm and comfortable. We had our meals out every day, we only used the kitchen for breakfast but the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you would need if you did want to cook. Bed was very comfortable. We did hear the odd car go pass but it never kept us awake. Plenty of space in the bedroom for belongs. There is a shower and bath, we just used shower. Easy to use and water was always nice and hot. Nice fresh towels were left out for us. We visited 3 national trust site which are a short drive away. We did use the local fish and chip shop which was amazing. The fish was the best I have tasted. We never enjoyed the pub opposite the fish shop but found a few pubs that served lovely food. The Red Heart and Cricketers both pubs are a drive away but food was amazing in both. We also visited Holt which is a lovely place to spend a few hours. Also it worth visiting the old steam railway station in Sheringham. We book tickets for the mince pie and wine specials. Very enjoyable.
