Substantial 9 Bedroom House in Swansea

Great location. A short walk from the beach. Clean and tidy. Good space for our large extended family. Lots of space to store food in the kitchen. A bathroom in every room so no fighting over showers. The TV worked well as did all appliances and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was easy to get around and the hosts were very helpful beforehand. We had an amazing week and visited The Mumbles and Swansea. It is an ideal location and this was a good place to return to after day trips out and about. The house was well equipped and comfortable for the adults and children who stayed and we would love to return here in the future. We were very impressed overall and had a memorable holiday here.

Small things such as lack of a door mat, a can opener, a cheese grater. Perhaps a couple of bar stools would go well in the kitchen in the absence of a table to eat together, but a lovely kitchen and island area and plenty of space so no real problems socializing in the communal area (plus the children preferred playing in their rooms). The shortcomings are minor. A couple of the shower doors were slightly faulty (didn't effect use of actual shower) and one of the sinks was blocked, but there were 9 bathrooms and this will just be a case of maintenance to put these things right. The key box was broken on arrival although we followed the host instructions and managed to get in fine. These are not so much things we 'didn't like' but just small considerations.
