Onsen Ipoh by Plush

Clean and tidy accommodation with great swimming pool facilities (apart from slippery surface around pool). We enjoyed the hot spring pool. The comfortable sofa was great for watching the TV in the evenings.

We found the induction hub was not wired in. There is a lot of building work nearby with the big Sunway development however this didn't really disturb us there was noise from the Lost World Theme park particularly during the evening performance. It would have been useful to have had info about local facilities such as the shop.

The location was awful. If you’re not coming with kids, avoid at all costs. The Theme Park outside our window cranked up the volume louder than you could imagine and it went on until 11pm. Then first thing in the morning construction noise started on the one million square foot megamall next door. In addition the unit was poorly maintained and seeking help from Plush was a waste of time. We paid for 4 nights and bailed after one. Even though we wasted all that money it was worth it to get away from that place where guests let their kids run screaming through the hallways after midnight. We have traveled extensively around the world and that may have been our worst experience and Plush would not acknowledge any responsibility repeatedly stating these were external factors beyond their control, while another hotel we had booked a few weeks earlier was very forthright about construction noise so that we could re-book. That’s what valuing your reputation more than your profit margin is all about.

Rumah sangat bersih dan host sangat membantu.

Location is next to Sunway Lost World Tambun and you can see the theme park from the house. Easy to communicate with the host, nice house and affordable price.

It would be appreciated if the host included complimentary tea/coffee/sugar etc.
