La posizione nella zona centrale di Bosa, la struttura tipica, la disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario, la terrazza con divanetti e tavolo con vista sui tetti di bosa, la cura delle forniture dell'appartamento nei minimi dettagli, c'era proprio tutto quello che poteva servire, le scale anche se potevano preoccupare all'inizio poi non si sono rivelate un problema. L'auto va parcheggiata un po' distante ma comunque tutte le mattine fino alle 11 si può portarla vicino per qualsiasi necessità di carico e scarico di persone o bagagli
