2 Bedroom East Carson Street Sanctuary

Very comfortable, plenty of living space, very well equipped, good and interesting residential area. absolute recommendation.

Location ideal for us as 10 min walk from son and wife. Lounge/tv room modern and comfy. Lots of coat hangers.

Beds very uncomfortable, too soft, dip in middle. Linen very tired. Kitchen not well equipped, no kettle, no toaster, no dessert spoons. One toilet roll and one tiny hotel size shampoo, no body wash. I adequate for a 5 day stay.

Great location and clean place

The coffee maker didn’t work. We found a great place just around the corner for coffee.

The host was very accommodating and nice! The apartment was exactly what we expected and we will definitely be staying again!

The apartment had everything that I needed, was simple to access and the host responded very quickly to any questions that I had. I would happily stay here again

The host was very easy to contact and very responsive. We reported broken blinds and that day they were replaced. We asked for extra blankets and they never showed up but I doin't think it's the owners fault. He allowed us an extended checkout which was wonderful for our schedule. There was always parking to be found. The price was good.

The neighborhood is very sketchy. We were told by locals not to go out alone at night. The apartment really needs attention to make it more welcome, such as better linens and towels, rugs by the beds to wipe feet, COFFEE, cream and sugar and bigger coffee mugs. A rolling kitchen island would make the large empty kitchen/dining seem warmer as that room is large and empty. There is a MASSIVE wood box with a folding bed in it in the living room, hiding the nice brick wall. It is foreboding and needs to go! A sofa bed would work much better! The bedroom mattresses are WAY too soft and the cabinets in each bedroom are completely unusable since they are blocked by the bed! Very hard to get around to make the bed, too. A wire shoe rack in one room is useless and in the way.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place , it was easy place to find , closest to the down town Pittsburgh, very clean, very comfortable with reasonable price. The host Nick was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he will tell you any detail and help your trip stay just feel like and home! Thank you very much and will come back stay here if visit Pittsburgh again ! Highly recommend!
