Cascina CORTEPRIMAVERA, B&B del Baliot

Un posto splendido, rilassante con un host gentilissimo! The villa is so beautiful, especially the portico. Unfortunately it was raining those days so we couldn't enjoy the outside as much as we wanted, but you can tell there's a wonderful relaxing atmosphere there. Great to take a break and truly relax, as there's no TV in the room (which I honestly like) and the village is small and cozy. But also extremely close to so many amenities.

Not much really, we had a great stay and the owner is super hospitable.

Beautiful villa and garden. Giuseppe and his mother Paula were super nice. Breakfast for me was fantastic as I am not keen on sweet things in the morning. I had the best eggs and bacon ever, and my wife stayed with the sweet croissants. Parking amongst the chickens was great, and there was enough shade under the trees.

For me, the bed was too hard, but that is a personal thing. My wife prefers hard beds, so you can't please everyone. The room that we had was huge and very nice, but was only separated from the next room by a door, so we could hear the people next to us fairly clearly.

Beautiful location, charming cascina and outstanding hospitality.

Giuseppe, the host and owner. Kind, knowledgeable, and proud of his heritage, he is a delight to talk to. The venue is historic and reflects the country lifestyle typical for this area of Italy. Everything you need is walking distance: dining, both pizzerias and trattorias; bike/walking paths take you through vineyards and boutique towns. The location is peaceful, perfect for our stay for work and for anyone looking for authentic Franciacorta ambience.

Linens should be upgraded, but were changed regularly.

Amazing old Italian farm house, decorated with a good style, as in the pictures and even more! The room was huge with many windows, which allows nice breeze at night. Parking available inside the big yard. Tasty breakfast prepared by our nice host Giuseppe who asked for our preferences and even baked traditional cornetto by his own!

The room was enormous. The house is situated in a small town, surrounded by a lot of land. Beautiful house and garden.

Lovely family villa with garden located in a peaceful town. Our room was a quiet apartment with an ancient charme. The best part of our stay was the host Giuseppe, an incredibly nice and interesting person to talk to. He personally baked us croissants for breakfast and was incredibily helpful with everything. We cannot endorse this place more!

Wifi was not working very well. Bathroom and furnishings are quite dated, but clean and in good shape
