La buena gestión de la propiedad. Instalaciones bastante nuevas con terraza con barbacoa exterior.

Falta de seguridad pondría alguna cerradura arriba y abajo .( Nos tocó la casa de arriba ) Los que somos más desconfiados o llevamos cosas de valor es muy importante.
