RMB's Downton Place

Nothing. The worst exeperience I ever had using this app to book my stays.

The place itself, it was different from the advertisement. In the booking it says 6 bedded house, but when me and my family got there, we were directed to stay in two small huts. It does not seem safe. Disgustingly dirty rooms, and the bathrooms is few meters away from the hut, super dirty and theres not much light ont he place itself. The separate kitchen was dirty too, with cigarette butt on the kitchen sink. Cigarette butts on the bathroom. Lots of mosquitos on the huts and the bedsheets seem like it wasnt cleaned at all. The pool was disgustingly dirty too. When we were talking to the secretary over the phone, she was just making excusess that she was not able to monitor the cleanliness as she was not there. But thats not an excuse not to check it knowing they are expecting guests. Even the guy who was incharge, while speakign in the phone he was not even apologetic and very sarcastic. The same night that we checked in, we left that area, we were booked for 2 nights and paid 10k+ but checked out straight away because of the trauma and stress frome that experience.

Open space makes everyone go out of the room and bond with each other. The place is so peaceful and nice!

The garden was so nature, everyone loved its nature vibes. The pool was very enjoyable too with its fountains, but the shower area wasnt functioning greatly. The teens spent so much hours in billards. And the titas cooked a lot in the kitchen. Thats it.

The cr is smelly and untidy and the soap handles are rusty its dangerous for the users. The smell of the kitchen and its very dirty. We as guest pa are the one cleaning it before we use it, like the utensils and stuff. Internet wifi DOES NOT work, its a scam. And the tv amenities in both areas is not working. The huts/kubo are not so clean and the fans are kind of dusty. Thats it.

Once you booked the place, it's all privately yours,. Nakakatuwa, nakakarelax, tahimik, malamig, malinis, as in the entire place is maeenjoy ng magcheck in dito.. Mababait pa mga staff, a perfect place to relax and to have memories with your love ones.

I like the environment and the place. Staffs were accommodating and helpful. The price is cheap and,. the service and the amenities are worth it.

Need to renovate the nipa huts, and provide much bigger blanket for the beds. Provide a separate entrance for the guest bcoz passing the parking space is not suitable and presentable especially if some cars are parked already.
