the pan for cooking eggs was impossible to use as with any oil the eggs stuck to pan and struggled to remove material. also no tray for smoking

The location is very central, less than 10min walk from El Camison station (bus 40) that brings you straight from/to the airport. We could get to the Playa de las vistas beach in less than 2min by crossing the street. Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas is within 15min walk through the nice long beach promenade. Supermarket (Mercadona is a 5 -min walk), many restaurants and bars nearby. The swimming pool (not heated) was very convenient and relaxing (even though it has street noise). The beds were comfortable and the size of the apartment was perfect for my bestfriend and me as we chose to have each one a room. We enjoyed a lot the Seaview from the balcony where we had drinks and meals there each day. And on rainy days, we just looked at the sea. Communication was very smooth, friendly and reactive. We got the information and support when needed.

Unfortunately the building has a lot of cockroaches and even though a fumigation was performed in the apartment on our request: We came across many cockroaches each day in the apartment... we appreciate that the hosts arranged in a short notice the fumigation and we were very professionally offered to switch location and be reimbursed but couldn't afford it. The windows in the bedrooms are not very well isolating and sound proofing. Due to their small size that let limited light and air inside. We could hear people talking outside or all the car traffic from the roads. The smaller bedroom has no blackout curtains so you would be awaken with sunlight. There is no AC system and only old ventilators that would make quite a lot of noise and disturb your sleep whenever it will be very warm. The bathroom has no air ventilation system and is therefore very humid after each shower use. The fridge was not working very well (only function 2 was keeping cold) and very noisy. Amenities were quite limited: one toilet paper roll for 2 people for a one-week stay. No kitchen towels or hand towels. The sofa would need some refreshing but effort was made and appreciated for covering it. There are no curtains in the living room. Some coat hangers or shoe racks could be added to ease the stay. The building complex is facing the main street leading to the harbour (on the living room and balcony side) and a busy street on the bedrooms side which makes it very noisy if you open the windows during the day. You could only hear the ocean waves when there is no traffic. All in all, it is a very nice location but more investment shall be done in the apartment to make the stay more pleasant.

The apartment was nicely situated in proximity to the beach. The apartment was a good size. The apartment had a decently stocked kitchen (cups, plates, pots, etc) with sink, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The apartment was clean and nicely arranged.

The property didn't meet my expectations. 1) We were only given one set of keys, this meant we needed to plan accordingly. This limited our choices to split up as a group. 2) It was uncomfortably hot in the apartment (July 2022). Although we were given a fan for each room, one fan was very noisy and couldn't be used at night. 3) The main room had some black out curtains, but the second room/kids room didn't...we struggled to get the kids down for a siesta or in the evening due to the amount of light in the room. 4) There were no security gates on the balcony door, so you couldn't leave the doors open to create a throughflow of air, during the day or at night, so the heat just built up to unbearable temperatures. The balcony could be accessed quite easily from another apartment so didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the doors open, or leaving them open when out. 5) The bathroom had bad drainage and no natural opening, like a window, so it was unpleasant to spend time in the bathroom due to the smell. The bathroom was very humid all the time. 6) The bedding needed updating. The main room sheets had no elastic in the fitted sheet or the mattress protector and so during the night would come off, leaving the mattress exposed - not hygenic. Most of these annoyances can be easily resolved with a small amount of investment.

Martina, our host, met us in the apartment. She explained us everything about the apartment, gave us lots of useful advices about the destination, where to go, what to visit, where to eat. She is very nice, friendly person, and very good in her job. The beach is only 2 minutes away, shops, restaurants, town centre, shopping mall, everything within 10 min walking distance. Apartment is very well equipped, beds are very good, kitchen appliances and toilet in great condition. Building has private pool, with sea water, also very nice.

We have no complaints about anything.
