Playa De Las Vistas

Het appartement is ruim, de bedden zijn goed en de badkamers zijn gerenoveerd en erg mooi. Het appartement is letterlijk maar 5 minuten lopen van het strand, erg fijn. Balkon is klein maar gezellig. Als er vragen waren werden die meteen aangepakt. Met dank aan Cathy voor de goede service. Wij hebben last minute moeten omboeken vanwege annulering van een ander appartement maar onze "tweede" keuze was meer als geslaagd.

Er waren een paar minpuntjes maar die hebben we ter plekke al besproken. Kraan badkamer, schuifdeur grote badkamer en sleutel achteruitgang. Jammer dat er op de kleinere slaapkamers geen airco is, wel was een ventilator voorhanden. Verder moet je kunnen dealen met behoorlijk geluidsoverlast van het verkeer. Het appartement ligt aan een rotonde waar 24/7 van alle kanten verkeer is.

it did not look anything like the pictures you are advertising it was dirty and we have lots of pics to show as evidence there was a leak which we told the guy about and it absolutely stunk and he didn’t come to even look at it , the bathroom was dirty and the shower was disgusting the bathroom door was filthy and if you closed it you got stuck in there , this is one of the worst places we have stayed in , the beds were like prison beds with grubby linen in the single room the other bedroom bed wasn’t as bad but did have grubby linen disgraceful the only good point in this apartment was the balcony view , we also had to put up with an apartment next door and underneath us being renovated which we were not informed about from 7 in the morning until 7 at night never again would i stay in that place

Problem with hot water supply in bathroom basin. Poor selection of crockery and glasses (only two cereal bowls, no large plates only platters. Lack of glasses.(one wine glass/one brandy glass/small tumbler glasses)

The view was very good.

The paint work was grubby/dirty. The bathroom door kept sticking closed. The crockery was poor, didn't fit the dryer, cups very basic, didn't match were cracked, no matching glasses, no wine glasses. The bed clothes were really old, unmatched, balling etc. We found unwashed dishes when we went to get a plate. Cutlery was cheap and old made of metal with plastic handles that could not be cleaned where the two met. It would cost very little to clean and paint up the place and replace kitchen glasses crockery and cutlery and bed clothes and drying facilities. Care and attention needed to make a poor experience a very good one.

Very good place, just 5 minutes walk tó Playa Vistas.
