Perfect location and we were able to drop luggage off prior to check in. Great communication with manager. Very comfortable apartment.

We were not aware that bathroom toiletries were not provided and there was only a half roll of toilet paper in the apartment so we had to make a trip to the store right after arriving to get toilet paper and soap.

Good location for ferries. Apartment nicely decorated.

The entrance and common hallway are not pleasant. The windows don't keep out the noise from the bar a few doors away, so don't expect much sleep! (It was Saturday night). Still only 1 wine glass (this was also noted on a 8th May review - would have thought enough time to replace).

Comfortable apartment in a very central location in Oban, near the ferry terminal and train station. Good base with everything we needed for a short stay in Oban.

The street level entry to the apartment was in very poor condition, dirty and smelt. There were several flights of steps to navigate to get to the top floor, but once inside, the apartment was fine. No parking available.

The flat used a smart lock for street and flat access. This meant that you did not need to remember your keys, just the code that was sent in advance. It was a really simple and convenient system.

We were travelling with our two small children. There was a little noise from the pub below, but not enough to keep anyone awake / stop our kids getting to sleep. If we had been without the kids we would have been at the pub I am sure and it would have been no issue.

Please clean better

Location was great the flat was clean and pretty well equipped.

The kitchen tap was wobbly and there was only 1 wine glass. There was some loud noise from the flat below but it didn't go on too late.

The flat itself was excellent. Great location & facilities. Oban is terrible for parking and we knew that. Having said that we had no problem parking really close to the flat which was a nice surprise 🙂

The street level entrance gives a poor impression but the flat is well worth ignoring that. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed.
