Unique Sea View Penthouse with Hot Tub

Directions to collect and locate property was good. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked with utensils and basic cooking items. Beds were very comfortable and shower was lovely. The spa was not working for this trip, so if this is what you expect, I would check its working before booking. The views of Brighton seafront, marina, sea wall and Seven Sisters is amazing.

Views of Brighton from Apartment were amazing Seating area , which was great,living room suitable for 4 which was fine for our party. Lovely seating area outside was used and perfect. Bathrooms spotless and in excellent condition Flat area clean and quiet ; with bin and car park area immaculate

Washing machine was not available as used by host and a pile of ‘dirty towels ‘ etc in the utility area. Coat found behind settee; cooking grill pan had not been cleaned. Coffee machine not emptied or cleaned out . Some attention to detail or checklist required Room for improvement in cleaning kitchen and bedrooms could be improved; crammed in with additional furniture and improved bedding , duvets etc to give it more of a wow factor

Location: Unique and best view of Brighton, Marina, white cliffs. Super easy with direct bus to Brighton. Provided very clear instructions - with videos. Prompt with any queries and assistance. Great for family stay - everyone had own space to relax, good quality of furnishings/decor, extra lux with the jacuzzi spa and parking space. Thank you for the fans in each bedroom - they were needed!
