The cottage is 3 stories, so it had a lot of stairs with no handrails, which we found a bit hard to use .

The Aga took along time to heat up
GBExcellently appointed and equipped former millworkers' cottage on 4 floors in a rural hamlet. Decor and furnishings very comfortable combining modern and period aspects that maintain the original character with modern comforts. Super rear aspect with garden and outside table and chairs. Very friendly neighbours on both sides. Excellent "from the door" walks and 2 geat country pubs within 15/20 minutes walk. Communications from owners perfect timely, clear and perfecr.

GBlovely quaint cottage, in a lovely location. The owner was very accommodating allowing me to charge my car for a small additional fee. The cottage was generally cleaned to a good standard. We liked the fact some logs were supplied for the fire (even though we did not actually use them).
I lock on the bathroom door would be nice, key box on the front of the property rather than round the back. It was quite difficult in the dark.
