Location was perfect. Very clean.

I loved the property.

Ginette was quick to respond to inquiries. While one bed was firm, another was softer, so Dad was able to move to the third bedroom. Having a washer and dryer was great. A fenced yard with a carport behind the fence was nice to have for the weather and added safety for the motorcycles. The house was as pictured, with plenty of towels, paper towels, coffee filters, Kleenex, and toilet paper. There were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, but you will need to bring any spices and seasonings. Minimal things required when departing - collect towels in the bathroom, remove duvets from used beds, gather and take out the trash.

No local channels on the TV for weather and news. While there was a washer and dryer, and a Keurig, there was only one laundry pod, one dishwasher tablet and no coffee. The house was barren except for a few ice trays. We arrived late, and a cup of coffee in the morning would have been nice.

Property was as described and seen in photos. Easy to find and instructions were clear. Bedrooms were spacious. We did not utilize the kitchen as we were visiting family in the area so mostly just slept there.

Our only complaint was noise in the middle of the night from neighboring houses and/or the street. The primary room is at the front of the house which allows for more noise. It wasn't terrible by any means, but it did wake us up a time or two.

The location was great for our visit down to Kingsport, TN. We were very close to downtown, my kids school to drop them off or pick them up. The house was the perfect size for what we were needing and for the time we were there. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

I wish the host would put something in the description about there being cameras on the outside of the house. I understand the need for cameras but didn't want to go out and enjoy the front porch as its hard to tell if the person was watching or would go back and watch the conversations. This was the only unsettling part about the trip as they were not disclosed before hand and saw them when we showed up.

Comfy beds, roomy interior, Keurig, cozy, clean, comfortable, and location.

Could use a waste basket in bathroom and table lamp in living room. Oh, a recliner would be cool.
