Cabin in the Clouds

The view.

The poor curb appeal. Dangerous junk all over the yard. Old plows, lumber. Not a good spot for children or elderly or anyone who wanted to walk around the yard. The cabin was dirty. Only the center of the floors were swept. Lots of dirt under the table, chairs all around the cabin. The kitchen stove was terribly greasy. My husband had to fix the shower before we could use it as it sprayed out over the shower curtain from a bad connection. The place could be nice with some upkeep.

Location was excellent. We went to Lurray Caverns and two days in Shenandoah national Park. Glad we had our four-wheel-drive Subaru Forrester. It was just what we were looking for cabin in the clouds is an appropriate name. We loved our stay there.

Location is great, very quiet and secluded, really relaxing

Quirky, quiet, beautiful veranda and views. Comfy big bed. Everything worked in the cabin. Fantastic time in Shenandoah National Park.

Sofa bed wasn’t set up / no linen for it, despite me booking for two adults and a 16 year old. Perhaps I should have reminded you beforehand. We made do by sharing the linen and pillows from the main bed, so it worked out.

Everything was nice.

It was peaceful and quiet. It was pleasant and homey.

The furniture in the living room was not comfortable.

We like every it was amazing wonderful fews off the back deck and we will be planning on going back that's for sure

There was nothing that we didn't like we enjoy are selfs very much while we was there

That it was secluded

The road leading up to the property was a little rough. No problem with our truck.
