GBIt's clean and stylish, easy to find everything we wanted. It was really nice to find tea coffee and milk stocked up on arrival and some nice chocolates, thank you! They key system is incredibly easy. The bathrooms and showers were nice. The bed linen was excellent. The social space was nice. Less than 5 mins from the eatery/ bars/ sauna down by the station, a pleasant 10 mins or so into the middle of frome.
We would have to be really picky and unfair to find something to complain about. Its a really nice house and it was a smooth experience for us all
IMThe rooms are beautifully decorated and there is plenty of crockery for everybody. It has been thoughtfully stocked for arrival and the house itself is warm and cosy.
The location - which can’t be helped - does mean that the traffic can be noisy throughout the night.
GBThe location was perfect, situated between the town centre and the train station, so everything was an easy walk. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the little things were very thoughtful, like the milk provided, or the toiletries in the bathrooms.
The house is on a main road, so lots of traffic noise - it didn't bother one of our family members who live in London, but the rest of us live in quiet villages, so it depends on what you are used to. The wi-fi connection was very patchy.
GBThe Stylish Victorian House was booked for a 3 generation family stay. The layout and facilities of the house worked perfectly and it exceeded our expectations. The tasteful decor, level of finish and comfort was excellent. Frome was a short easy walk and although those wasn't parking at the house... after unloading on the pavement immediately outside... the adjacent street provided safe parking for our cars.
Absolutely nothing... as everything had been considered and communicated in advance, to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible.
