Best location close to university and shopping center & private parking free

Size. Kitchen. 2 bedrooms. Parking. Daniel was very responsive and helpful. He cleaned the bathtub, provided dry towels, trash bags and turned the heat on. He was the best!

Freezing. Cleaner forgot the tub. Towels were damp. No trash bags. Place was rundown and needs painting.

Lovely hospitality and provided a kettle and ironing board

The watwr was cold the staff failed to help me i had booked to relax and was tired 12 hrs without bathing am not happy at all no hot water to heater was given eletrical blanket am shocked i had booked for 2 nights but eneded up staying for 1 night because it was cold i realky need an apology

I felt like, I'm in a home from home. I felt welcomed, what more does one need? I definitely will be coming back.

The property is very close to the University of Warwick and is more or less above a Tesco. The room is spacious and bedding/towels are provided. The host is really flexible and was happy to accommodate a room switch so I could stay with my mate in the same house. Good value for money, especially for a short stay.

There is no WiFi in the property and the heating can be very tempermental. Despite the heating being switched on, the property can still be very cold. The heating switched off overnight and the property was freezing in the morning.

Xiren was very friendly and made me feel at home. If I had any questions he was happy to help. An excellent host.

No facilities in the place, the kitchen had no plates,cutlery and cups the bathroom has no shower curtain sitting room no TV and no WiFi the corridor outside the property is too dark and not even a proper lighting. this place is good to rent for students and not for temporary visitors.
