Comfortable accommodation with excellent staff behavior, hygienic conditions, good food, quick services, and a peaceful ambiance made our stay enjoyable.

Excellent service from check-in to checkout. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The pool area was relaxing. Slight noise at night, but manageable overall.

Staff overcharged for hotel stay, charged 18% gst which is unheard abt, very unprofessional, rooms were shabby, had to call 2-3 times for the same requests. Pls never stay in this hotel again, not worth it.

Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast options were good. I truly enjoyed the peaceful environment here.>>

THE PHOTOS ARE FAKE, of some other hotel!!! NOWHERE ARE THERE ROOMS THAT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS! Our two downstairs rooms had NO window; my room had a window that opened to a cement wall about 8" away. The bathroom was dirty. There were no floor lamps, nothing that looks like the photos they show online!!! I don't know how Booking regulates listings but this place needs a total revision. Yes It is CHEAP but given the photos and the many hotels near DEL airport, I thought it might be OK. Dumb me!!! The clerk kids were confused but nice, didn't speak much English but it was the general grotty rooms that upset us.
