Sometimes the cigarette smells in the corridors, not in the apartment.

It was very clean and had plenty of room for two people. It was easy to get to and easy to check in/out. The host was very responsive. There are plenty of towels and some toiletries. I like that there is free parking on the premises.

The people in the unit above are obnoxiously loud. They sound like they're stomping whenever they are in the apartment. There is also a soft/squishy area next to the counter.

Our stay overall was great, it was very clean and cute and comfortable. It had everything you would need, fully stocked kitchen, all cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The building was very secure. The Gulch, the neighborhood was adorable too. It’s just not as close to Broadway as I thought ( my fault not theirs lol)

We stayed in room 624 and when I did laundry, the washers rinse cycle didn’t work so I had to essentially run the washer 2x to drain and rinse my laundry. Also because it’s an apartment building, there are tenants that live there, directly above us it sounds like a heard of elephants ALL THE TIME!!! Not so sure about the “soundproof” rooms but we just dealt with it. Lastly the pool was not open, it was closed for a complete overhaul, not that big of a deal but it was 80 the week we were there.

Everything about this apartment was done to the highest standard, and the host was very patient when we needed a bit of extra care to check-in. Once we got the instructions everything was fine. There was more than adequate coffee, refreshments, and supplies, and meant a lot for 3 women who are on a long road trip. We had to giggle at the "black facecloth" for make-up (nice touch seeing there might be a lot of foundation in Nashville 😉) and the makeup removal wipes were also a nice touch, and signs of a host who knows his customer and who not only pre-empts their needs, but also makes sure his towels stay crisp white. The main bed and bedding was uber comfortable.

The only 2 suggestions we would have is to have a look at the sofa bed - as a party of 3 one of us had to sleep on it, and its a bit lumpy. Also - whilst building works are going on - update the travel/direction instructions to highlight the little ally way one has to turn up in to access the parking. It would be really handy as we were nervous and it was at night, and it's a BUSY city!

The place was in a good location, easy to get to. It was clean and very comfortable. I love that there was a K cup machine with some pods available for my first morning.

The location of the apartment was walking distance for everywhere we needed to go and there are some good amenities in the building. The apartment was also spacious, clean and reasonably priced.

It was confusing to find the keys upon arrival without first contacting the owner but they did answer and helped right away.

My husband and I had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Luxury Gulch. Finding the key to enter the apartment was easy to find. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable. It had all of the appliances and dishware if you wanted to cook. I also appreciated the coffee pods. It was too cold to walk so we used uber/lyft to downtown, the cost was approx $10-$20 depending on time of day. It took a quick 15 mins to downtown. The owner was responsive when I texted about increasing the heat-it was cold that weekend and any of the questions had about the apt. There were extra blankets and more than enough towels for our 4 day visit.To lyft to and from the airport was approx $25-$30. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband couldn't find all of his football channels 🙄 We would have liked more cream. We really had no complaints at all.
