The apartment is tidy and clean. The owner is very helpful and check with us from time to time on our needs and respond timely. Very kind and nice!

Living room - limited headroom at table under stairs - not a big issue, we coped ok.

Location good

The bed wasn’t that comfy lot of noise from boiler in lounge/diner. Awful smell in hallway.

Communication and location was excellent. Apartment was spit on for a short stay with everything we needed.

Little noises, guests upstairs had no consideration for those below.

Was really modern and well laid out and furnished - was clean although bit of smell of damp the first night as it’s a basement flat and windows hadn’t been opened but after that it was fine

The location is good, the room was well cleaned, comfy atmosphere.

There were 3 major concerns, 1. There was no dishwasher, and upon enquiring with the host, I was informed to wash by hands. 2. There was ample noise of people going up and down in the lobby, as the apartment is underground. 3. Before check out, a lady came to adjust thermostat, we requested to come later, but she insisted on coming and fixing it. It's a good place to stay if you are looking to just crash, but anything more requires more effort than comfort. Not recommended to stay with an infant.

Good use of space, well equipped.

Communication with the host/managers was exceptional, and that to us was the most important thing. Everything else flows from that. We also enjoyed having a parking space just outside the building we could use.

Location.

That it was a basement. No prior information. Very loud. You can hear all the noises from the street and from inside the building. Dirty towels were given. We only found one set of clean towels.
