"Can be preffered."

The room is clean and comfortable. It has basic items you need in a room. Location is fine. Communication via host is easy to follow remote check in procedure.

Check in time is too late(15:00) and check out time is early (10:00). You can leave luggage on the hall before check in. But there is no available space to rest, change clothes and toilet to use. It is too bad if you come from a long journey and arrive before 15:00. The breakfast is just a coffee and croissant in the coffee shop nearby the apartment(3 minutes by walk)

Close to the train station, main strip for restaurants and bars, laundromat, water front. Air con worked well. Block out blinds

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with a nice view. Location was perfect and close to the central station

You could hear what's happening in the other rooms if the other guests are loud unfortunately.
