AEThe location is absolutely breathtaking. It's a jewel of peace and beauty. The rooms are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The staff is always very accommodating. They are very organized. They have an app you are asked to install during check-in. Through the app, we could communicate with them to ask for the golf cart to pick us up, and we could book spa treatments and dinner reservations. We could also always communicate with them through a chat and it was amazing as they tried to accommodate every request (obviously, common sense requests!).
The staff is always trying to accommodate you but the language barrier is important and especially when we were in a rush, they didn't understand our priority and, trying to please us, they actually made us wait longer. Also, one more thing I didn't like is that the restaurant bar (the only bar in the hotel) doesn't serve good Vietnamese coffee, such as Salt Coffee or Egg Coffee. I found it strange and I missed a super yummy Vietnamese coffee in this place.

Lack of ability to communicate in English, German, French, Spanish, etcโฆreally bad with most of the staff. Some staff had a bad attitude towards service and seemed unhappy to be working there. They should be grateful or be firedโฆthis is a place many would be lucky to work.
ITOur stay at this hotel in Ninh Bรฌnh was truly unforgettable, honestly the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The property is surrounded by nature, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt magical and perfectly connected with the stunning landscape around us. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always attentive to every detail. The breakfast was also excellent, with many delicious options to choose from every morning. During our stay, we were also lucky enough to meet a master artist painting Asian symbols on scrolls. It was such a special cultural experience, and they even gifted us two beautiful scrolls to take home as a souvenir. Vera

BEDEDas Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Maya hat uns sehr nett empfangen und sehr nett verabschiedet am Ende unseres Aufenthalts. Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschรถn gestaltet und sauber. Es ist eine wahre Perle der Natur.
