Best location Gangnam Yeoksam 2bedroom Upp to four people

Walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and the subway station (10-15min walk). It's far enough away from the hustle of Seoul but close enough to Gangnam and all the sightseeing. The apartment is small, as many will be in Seoul, but it's really cozy. Heating worked fantastic. Water pressure was great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for proper cooking. I was impressed by how quiet the apartment is despite people living next door, above, and below.

One of the gas stoves did not light up well. Kitchen did not come with dish sponge but it was not an issue to purchase. I did not have any issues finding the apartment but since the apartment doesnt have an exact Google Maps pin, it can be hard to find unless you know exactly the address to type in Google Maps. Even taxi drivers may not know the apartment street location well unless there's a landmark. The apartment is small so you will not want more than 2 ppl in it.

We paid an extra fee and were allowed to check in early. Several mini-mart type stores near. Main bed was good but smaller bedroom not so much. Washer on balcony which was great. Plenty of supplies like towels, bath products, coffee, toilet paper, toiletries, trash bags, etc. kitchen appeared well stocked but we didn’t use it. Free waters were also provided upon arrival. I also appreciated that a broom and vacuum were available for us to spot clean during our 9 day stay. Location is good, about 2 miles from COEX Mall. We were in unit 201.

Not a problem for us, but no elevator, so consider that if an issue for you. As typical in Korea, bath is a wet room so also keep that in mind.

The host is very responsive and friendly. The prime advantage of this property is its location. And there are two convenience stores nearby so all your urgent needs can be easily taken care of.

The door of the second room is quite thin so if you are not a deep sleeper you might need a pair of earplugs in case your travel companions are walking or talking in the communal area. Luckily the neighbourhood is very quiet so the overall experience is quite pleasant.

I love the apartment and the location. It is very quiet but close to Gangnam. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hosts treated me like their family. I got lost and they picked me up at the subway station and took me to the apartment on my first night. I recommend taking a taxi for the first time until you get familiarized with the area. The building is right beside Mir Realty and you walk through a small driveway. I hope this help. I’m a solo female traveler and I felt very safe in this area. I will definitely will stay here again.
