La casa és molt bonica i confortable, habitacions amplies i les de dalt totes amb bany. L'espai exterior és preciós, ampli i còmode. Tens de tot , només cal sortir a comprar, TV gegant, futbolin, billar... El menjador una meravella, molt gran, amb molta llum, molts sofàs I és molt privada.

Necessita una mica de manteniment, és nota que ha passat molta gent. Els banys s'haurien d'actualitzar i arreglar, la cuina també tenia algun armari amb la porta trencada i alguna fuita d'aigua havia fet malbé algun moble. Si aneu en època de fresqueta caldrien més mantes.
