Moon House of Luxor

El alojamiento estaba perfectamente ubicado en el lado oeste de Luxor, donde hay más tranquilidad y es una experiencia más local y auténtica. Además está a 5min caminando del ferry público para cruzar al lado este. Cerca del hotel, sobre el paseo del rio hay varios restaurantes locales muy buenos. Destacar la buena atención y amabilidad recibida por todo el personal, sobre todo Abdullah. En todo momento fueron muy amables y se preocuparon de que nuestra estadía fuera lo mejor posible. El desayuno muy bueno y completo.

The staff is great and the mattress in the room is amazing!

I had a large and comfortable room, together with a refrigerator, kettle and balcony. Breakfasts were large and very good, and at all times staff were helpful and very gracious. WiFi worked well. Breakfasts were taken each morning by the outside pool in glorious sunshine.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they make a lot of effort to make you feel home. They helped us with the taxi. The room was clean and breakfast was nice.

The loud recitation of the Quran was played the entire Friday on the lobby, and it was so loud that you could hear it in the rooms and basically everywhere in the hotel! On other days than Friday, the recitation was only part of the day. A hotel owner should understand that some quests come to the hotel to rest also during the day, and not to hear the Quran. On New Years Eve there was a party until Midnight in the hotel: the noise and the shisha smoke was terrible even in the rooms. The hotel owners did not consider the possibility that some families (especially with children) do not participate a partly with shisha-smoking. The room was was quite small and it was not cleaned and the beds were not made at all during the whole three days we were there. For the price, daily cleaning is expected. The view of the room was dull: just some concrete in the alley. You cannot cancel after booking: the hotel informed us that there will be a party only after reserving the room. If we had known that in advance, we would not have booked. The shower curtain was loose and partly on the toilet seat. The curtain rail was loose. Loose electric cables around the TV set (see pics).

Struttura gestita benissimo da ragazzi molto disponibili e gentili, molto apprezzato il fatto che non erano per nulla insistenti o invadenti.Ci hanno consigliato un ottimo ristorante vicino alla struttura. Non abbiamo usato la piscina perché faceva freddo ma era super pulita. Ottima ed abbondante colazione non italiana. Bagni datati ma perfettamente funzionanti. Consigliato!
