"Good value out of town option"

Comfortable clean room. Great pool. Hospitality of the owner and staff despite the language barrier, Google translate was very helpful! The owner let me stay until I left for my night train and even offered me a bed to rest on.

The bathroom floor was very slippery but probably the tiles so can't correct now.

"Very comfortable and cosy!"

The place is very well located. They can rent you some bikes for a day. First night we arrived late and they gave us a room which was very different from the one we booked on the website. But, the day after they change the room and that one was much better! Very cosy and warm and with good views to the mountain. Breakfast was good as well.

The wrong room on the first night, was very different from the pictures.

"Exceptional"

Everything clean, beautiful and we'll detailed. We stayed 5 days here and I would highly recommend it ;) beautiful family running it, amazing surroundings and peace. They rent motorbikes for 120k a day, bicycles for 40k and offer a taxi to Ninh binh for 150k There was two types of breakfast, either banana pancakes or omelet with bread not too bad but we could have done it with some more!

Everything was good!
