Sticky floors and once in the building instructions to find flat not good, got a video sent once we had struggled this should be done for everyone who books. Could do with curtains blinds let so much light in

It was in the heart of the city of Leeds. Restaurants, shops, groceries, mall.. its very accessible. The space was very clean and we felt safe.

Excellent, clean, convenient, easy check-in and check-out.

Nice modern flat near central Leeds. Very well appointed, everything clean and sparkling, coffee machine with plentiful supplies, decent sized rooms, comfy bed, good shower with soaps etc., helpful host.

Some traffic noise from the busy main road.

Host is lovely and responsive. The place still looks almost new, smart, and well kept. The facilities are very good - like plates, cups, cutlery, complimentary items, hand wash, very smart looking kettle and toaster. It's spacious and the space is used well. Heating works. TV also looks smart and is big and has Netflix. Decor is tasteful. There's a washer-dryer as well as a smart-looking drying rack. I liked being on an upper floor.

I (admittedly) spend too much time under the shower so in an ideal world, I'd have liked the hot water to be from a combi or electric boiler that heats water on demand so that I could have stayed in the shower a while :). The cleaners do a good job but forgot to dust the inside shelf of the bedroom cupboards.

- Great Value, place is as the pictures described! - Multi Light settings for living room and bedroom. - Place already had utensils and plates. - Host didn't took long to reply. To note: the place does not have windows that can be opened, and relies on ceiling mounted fans but they did give a nice airflow. In case people visit in the future and get confused.

Not much to dislike really apart from small stuff 😁 - There was a faint paint smell when i first entered, but it was gone by night. - Not a host issue but bedroom sockets were a bit high up.
