Staff, comfort bed, breakfast

There was some disturbance, possibly from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The bedding was not clean. The kettle was not clean. The bathroom was not sufficiently clean. The front desk staff were informed, and they addressed the issues, but no form of apology or compensation was offered.
