GuestHost - Roomy Apartment with terrace & parking

The space of the location is quite large and I can easily accommodate up to 6 people. Also, it has two bathrooms, which is an advantage. The apartment has an indoor parking space (although narrow, due to the fact that the majority of the cars in the area are small to medium).

1. Kitchen - The kitchen was very low equipped and it was not a please to cook here unfortunately. The dishes were provided to the limit of the number of persons that we booked the apartment, which is an issue if you want to cook. Also, there were no bowls and the two available Teflon pans were scratched (one of them actually totally unusable). The only chopping board was a plastic one and totally outdated. The equipment of the kitchen is in big contrast with the available space of the apartment and it’s look. 2. Heat - We visited Bari for New Years Eve and during the day the apartment was heated just at the limit, so we didn’t feel very cozy because of that. Also, during the night the heat was stopped (at 11PM the radiators were cold and there was no option to change that). Another issue was that the water in the shower was barely heated. If we came from outside after a long day walking at 15 degrees, we couldn’t get warm even if we did a longer than usual shower. This was also corroborated with the not so warm apartment. 3. Location – the accommodation is not an option if you don’t have a rented car. 4. Check-in – although the self-check in is convenient for the host, it’s not a nice option for the guest. There are 3 main doors to be opened and the instructions are not intuitive enough or the instructions are not complete. 5. Although we booked to apartment for more than a week, we had a minimum of toilet paper and just one set of towels.

The apartment is spacious with big balconies and two bathrooms. Ther are a lot of trees in front of the building and it is a quiet neighbourhood. The pizza place right next to the apartment offers good pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The place is really far away from the historical center. The bus station is nearby but it takes at least half an hour to get to the center. We run out of toilet paper on the third day of our stay and there were no supplies. The same goes and for the shampoo and the hand soap. I would suggest the owners buy a microwave and a coffee maker as those are the amenities that most tourists look for ( and actually provide coffee for it) . A welcome prosecco would have been a nice touch.

Very bad location , far away from city. Very hard to find the location. Very hard to get in touch with the host!

The apartment was great. Plenty of room perfect for what we needed secure parking. Monica was very helpful and a great host. Ok

Every room was huge and well-equipped with AC and heating as well. The location seemed like a big distance from city centre on google maps but it’s really not and we even walked from the city centre back and it didn’t feel that far away. There’s a handful of supermarkets and very delicious restaurants in the area (around 1km) Every window and terace door even has a net against mosquitoes! The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, a pan, a pot with some dishes. One smaller bathroom one bigger with a huge mirror and sink, both with a bidet. I recommend taking a photo of every nearby bus timetable (theres’s many bus stops around) because what we found on google maps/moovt app oftentimes didn’t match with them.

The pillows were kinda hard and high and no mirror in the rooms. But there’s mirrors in the bathroom and by the entrance door

The room was great. The host was also very helpful. It was also nice to have a bottle of wine as a gift. Naples is a very chaotic city. But the apartment is like an oasis in the desert. Having a parking space is extremely critical for that city.

There was nothing to unlike.

Very comfortable. Fast Internet. Good location. Easy check in and check out.

No enaugh facilities in the kitchen. No microwave, no toster , no washing machine etc.
