The place is nice and convenient

There were a lady sleeping at the main entrance of the building asking for some help during the entire weekend, it was really sad

Great location and welll equiped flat.

The listing mention they provide parking but this is not the case. The closest parking is at Corte Ingles and I paid 35 euro per day. The key lock was a treasure hunt to find. I booked this accommodation because it had parking as facility and this was my main requirement but it was not the case. I tried to reach the staff having issues at finding the key lock and nobody was available to help until hoirs later.

The apartment is good, new, and close to historical landmarks.

When we arrived, the apartment was not ready and not clean, but the owner of the apartment was cooperative and apologized for the delay in cleaning and sent employees to clean the apartment and added two hours to the departure time. At night, the electricity was cut off from the apartment, and we did not know what the reason was, but it came back on after 15 minutes. The double bed is very small and uncomfortable for two people.
