Location is very close to major attractions

Bathrooms need a bit of maintenance

My contact was Ludivico, and she was beyond helpful on multiple occasions. The location was superb and we loved walking out the door and immediately immersed in the action. The apartment had wonderful seating for our group. The bedrooms were large and had ample storage. The bathrooms were large and easily accessible.

We had 5 active people, but found the stairs difficult with groceries and luggage. The heavy, dark, glass doors at the elevator are dangerous and close too quickly (they caused 1 person harm). The elevator closes quickly too. We loved the location, but there is a lot of noise every night/morning at about 2 & 4 am, from street cleaning machines. Americans, know that "first floor" apartments translates to "the second floor" , there will be stairs.

Modern and comfortable, in a beautiful building. The air conditioning worked well in the living room.

The elevator started on the third floor, and the steps were difficult for my father to walk up with a cane. It was difficult to pull the suitcases up the stairs The bathroom had a leak and the floor was wet. The facilities were notified and they said they would work on it.
