II Sogno nel Vicolo

O apartamento é muito limpo, está em muito boas condições (parece ter sido recentemente renovado) e, embora pequeno, não é claustrofóbico. A localização é muito boa. Tem muitos autocarros a passar muito perto de casa, pode-se ir a pé para o centro de Pisa (demora-se cerca de 15 a 20 min) e para a estação de comboios. Há vários restaurantes e cafés a 5 min de distância a pé. Os anfitriões enviaram-nos todas as informações necessárias para entrar no apartamento, com grande detalhe. Tudo correu como tinha sido descrito. Também nos enviaram muitas sugestões excelentes sobre restaurantes e supermercados. Foram muito simpáticos.

É horrivelmente difícil introduzir o PIN do "cofre" onde está guardada a chave do apartamento (situado ao lado da porta do apartamento) pois as teclas são muito pequenas, muito próximas umas das outras e algumas estão perras. Resultado: conseguir introduzir o código corretamente é extremamente difícil. Perdi a conta ao número de vezes que tivemos que tentar. Já estávamos a desesperar. Sugiro vivamente aos proprietários que substituam o "cofre" por um com teclas largas e bem separadas (por exemplo, um digital). Embora o apartamento tenha duas janelas (uma na sala e outra no quarto), estas dão para uma parede que está a uma pequena distância (50 cm? 100 cm?) da janela. Resultado: o apartamento é escuro e mete impressão abrir as janelas porque a parede está quase colada à janela.

All possible amenities are available. Everything is new and very convenient to use.

The location and the facilities.

Lack of natural light.

The host, Elisa was very welcoming, the instructions were clear. The entire place is well kept, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The downside is that there is a pizzeria underneath the apartment so you could hear some noise from below, also a lack of natural light due to the position of the apartment but it did not bother us since we were away most of the day.

Great location near the river and close enough to tourist attraction.

Location was good. Water, coffee and olive oil had been left in the apartment to use which was nice.

We are regular travellers to Italy. Here we found the communication from the owner very poor, especially when it came to us knowing how we should pay her the city tax! As such her brusque and negative attitude really took any shine away from our stay in Pisa. The apartment has very little natural light due to the close proximity of the buildings next to it. We found it noisy during the night due to a pizza “restaurant” next door, where those purchasing food would stand and eat and drink beer in the area of the main door to the building late into the night. We got very little sleep in this apartment which is a shame. When we return to Pisa we would not stay here again.
