El bloque en general:estaba sucio y en mal estado, además no había luz en la primera planta. Baño antiguo. Echamos de menos donde colgar las perchas y no había cafetera

Amazing apartment in a perfect location. Inside, very spacious, clean and modern. Shops, metro, trams and restaurants are all within a minute of the house. Nice, green and quiet location.
Nothing, everything was perfect and exceeded the expectations. The only thing that could maybe improve is a washing machine.

Unfortunatelly I need to say the apartment was very very dirty... and there is no TV in the apartment , since we were with kids and on the booking stands that TV exist this is really wrong, sorry :(

Close to public transportation Good position, not so noisy We had a terrace only for us Good communication
The TV was missing even if it is mentioned on the booking app The toilet is located in a separate room with no ventilation. There is only a small window close to the ceiling which is useless The sofas were not really clean Some furniture was missing (eg from the bathroom)

The rooms is nice and spacious but No lift , thelocation is right at center with good access to all places with tram with just 7min walk
Stair with luggage 3 floors is very difficult. Kitchen had water leaks due to rain.
