MODERNO ESTUDIO AL LADO DE LA CATEDRAL

Es muy céntrico. El propietario estuvo disponible en todo momento. El apartamento cómodo, pequeñito: para una persona o como muchísimo dos. Buena ducha. Muy luminoso.

Al ser tan céntrico, mucho ruido. Aunque las ventanas estaban bien para aislar. Las almohadas muy muy incómodas, aunque el colchón muy bien. La TV smart, pero algo antigua.

Sehr zentrale Lage, kleines, aber gemütliches Studio, für eine Person absolut passend. Große Fenster, Klimaanlage.

Obwohl die Unterkunft in einer Fußgängerzone liegt, ist es nachts relativ laut, weil bis spät nachts Fußgängergruppen durch die Straße gehen. Ab 2/3:00 Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr. Zusätzlich hört man in dem kleinen Studio nachts deutlich den Kühlschrank. Es fehlten mir ein Wasserkocher und ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank.

Süße kleine Wohnung, super gelegen fußläufig zur Kathedrale, dem Zentrum und Bars. Sehr netter Gastgeber.

La posizione stupenda, in centro ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa, e la necessaria presenza dell’aria condizionata. La comunicazione veloce e gentile con l’host é stata ottima.

Era segnalato nel monolocale la presenza di una lavatrice ma non era presente dentro all’appartamento, magari era presente altrove nella struttura ma questo non era indicato da nessuna parte. In realtà essendo in viaggio per lavoro la cosa più importante per me era la presenza di un ferro da stiro che era nell’appartamento ma completamente rotto e inutilizzabile, ho ritenuto di potermela cavare senza disturbare l’host.

The apartment was in a perfect central location for all the main sights of Seville. It was a great studio apartment , clean, comfortable, fantastic air conditioning - so appreciated as temperatures were hitting 40 degrees 🥵 Only thing as a suggestion would maybe have a laminated welcome folder with a list of recommended restaurants/ Tapas / Bars , places of interests , phone numbers for taxis, emergencies , etc etc etc

Pros: very good location, walkable, nice balcony, AC works well, good shower

Cons: the check in process is weird you have to pickup a key from a shop which can be hassle if you have a luggage to walk there then back to the apartment building, not sure why there’s no lockbox for a smooth checkin, The host doesn’t send WiFi info, you have to ask for it, it’s also not anywhere in the apartment either the place is small and no luggage storage, no coffee machine or tea kettle, no washing machine like stated on booking Overall it’s not good value for money

No information on wi fi rubbish or suggestions of some restaurants. I did message host and he replied fairly promptly
