Royal Marina Golf-B

This is a beautiful, well maintained and well equipped apartment. This is a primarily residential complex with a limited amount of vacation properties onside. Christine who meets you upon arrival is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. All apartments within the complex face onto the private pool area. We stayed for 2 weeks in August and never struggled to find a sun bed or found the area over crowded. The photos do not do the apartment justice. It is very spacious and well maintained.  It is very well equipped, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, WIFI, Internet TV - including all British channels, towels and beach towels. The outdoor space is a massive bonus to the apartment. This is well maintained, like the rest of the apartment and gets the sun for the majority of the day.  It includes a dining area, sun lounges and corner sofa. The bedrooms both have air conditioning. There isn't any currently within the lounge/kitchen but we didn't need it - even in August. We had the patio door open and left the bedroom shutters down during the day - leaving the apartment cool.

We were really sad to see how much the new all inclusive resorts within Golf del Sur had impacted the local businesses. The restaurants within a short walking business were open sporadically or closed. Those within San Blas were still thriving and there is a wide range to choose from. However, this is a 30- 40 min walk along the newly renovated seafront so options near by are limited without a car or longer walk.

Spacious, well equipped ,nicely decorated appartement with comfy beds, large terrace with nice view on pool and ocean, calm neighbourhood. It was a perfect fit four our family of 5.

Hopefully by next year the construction next corner will be finished, it was sometimes noisy in the weekday mornings.

This is a fabulous apartment in a fantastic position. The pool has been very recently refurbished and is a wonderful facility. The water is a perfect temperature, it is maintained daily and there are always beds available (so no need to get up early to save them and no need to hog them with your towels all day). The apartment was extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. Coffee machine, Cable TV (including Sky Sports), free WiFi, Washing machine, Security Safe – everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday to the max! The patio was fantastic and got the sun virtually the whole day long (whilst also providing shade whenever you wanted it too. A great corner sofa and outdoor dinning set meant you could enjoy a morning coffee in the early sun and an outdoor meal in the evening. The apartment is right in the middle of a fantastic Golf Course and there are many restaurants and bars which are a walkable distance. Christine, the keyholder and caretaker, was fantastic! She made us feel very welcome even though our arrival time was quite late in the day and when we had a minor issue with the WiFi she got it sorted for us before we even had time to miss it!

We were there during the hight of summer and so without Air Conditioning the appartment was very hot during the night.
