My stay at this villa was extremely disappointing and unacceptable . I did not have proper access to villa management to cancel my booking including Booking.com—only two young men who occasionally brought towels. The bed sheets and linen were extremely dirty. I was forced to use my own clothes as a pillow and sleep wearing long pants and a long-sleeve shirt just to avoid direct contact with the linen. On the second day, after I complained, three replacement sets of linen were brought. One set was still dirty, and the others were not in acceptable hygienic condition. The bathroom situation was even worse. The water coming from the shower head had a strong sewage-like smell. I am not exaggerating—the smell stayed on the body and would not go away, worse than any strong perfume. This is a two-bedroom villa, yet there was only one key for the front entrance. I was staying with a friend, so this was completely impractical. When I asked the staff, they cut a new key and asked me to pay 80,000 IDR for it—something that should have been provided from the beginning. The electricity meter was located right next to my room window and started making a loud, nonstop beeping noise, similar to a smoke alarm. Staff had to come and top it up everytime, but the noise continued throughout the night whenget low credit, making it impossible to sleep. There was long hair everywhere in the room, clearly showing poor cleaning standards. During my 10-night stay, the linen was changed only twice. For the last 6 days, I was repeatedly told that my bed sheets and towels were “not dry yet.” from laundry. I do not understand why a villa does not have sufficient extra linen—this makes no sense for a property hosting guests. Overall, this villa failed basic standards of hygiene, comfort, and management. I would not recommend staying here.

It was extremely dirty from the beddings floors, pool, kitchen was very dusty and dirty Toilet and bathroom were at there worst too

Nice and quiet. Close amenities to the villa

Having to wait for power to be topped up till all hours of the night. Shower kept blocking and no hot water to wash dishes.

The location of the villa is exceptional and close to the airport and central to most things I needed to do in Bali. The property is a nice property and very attractive.

Lack of communication. I arrived to Bali and spent most of my initial days traveling with local friends to Nusa Penida etc. When I returned and started actively staying at the Villa, there was a foul smell coming from the shower, I didn't know if its the drain but that day the cleaner cleaned and the smell was gone. Then I noticed daily that there were small annoying flies in the rooms everywhere. First, I sprayed the entire room and left it only to return and see the dead ones on the floor but there were more of these flies. I advised the cleaner of it and nothing happened. It became extremely annoying staying in the villa with these small flies crawling all over the walls, curtains, shower, toilet, bed sheets, just everywhere. Where I got really annoyed was when I advised the cleaner that I would like to check out early because I cannot stay there with these flies and I showed him everywhere. I also wrote the villa directly on Booking.com that I would like to check out the following day (4/24) to which I got no response so the only person I had to rely on was the cleaner. He stated to me if i wanted to check out let him know and I told him, yes I want to on 4/23, that I would be leaving tomorrow (4/24) in the morning so please pass by so I can leave. On 4/24 I was waiting on him to come to vacate the premises and he did not show up. I sent him a message on Whatsappp and got no reply til I remember some one else messaged me from the villa at one point so I messaged them and they then told me the cleaner is on a day off and that I can just self check out and leave the key in the lock box. When I was told this I immediately left because I was only waiting on someone to come and check the premises etc. When I requested a refund for the 2N that I would not be staying there they are telling me that check out is at 12pm and I left at 1pm so I will only get for 1N, when I was simply waiting for someone to check me out.
