Die Wohnung hat uns auf den ersten Blick optisch wirklich sehr gut gefallen – sie war hell, geräumig und eigentlich genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Leider hat sich der positive Eindruck beim genaueren Hinsehen schnell geändert, weshalb wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet haben.
Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war stark durchgelegen und die Schlafcouch leider keine Alternative, da auch dort die Matratze vergilbt und unsauber war. Zusätzlich haben wir festgestellt, dass mehrere Gegenstände in der Wohnung, darunter Handtücher und der Kühlschrank, nicht sauber waren. Dadurch haben wir uns insgesamt nicht wohlgefühlt und wollten nicht länger dort bleiben. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir allerdings den Kontakt mit der Agentur. Diese hat sehr schnell reagiert, war freundlich und entgegenkommend. Aus Kulanz haben wir den Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen, wofür wir dankbar sind. Dennoch mussten wir kurzfristig auf ein Hotel ausweichen.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Kun 3 min (Faria Guimaraes) og 7 min (Trindade) å gå til nærmeste Metro. Ren og pen leiligheten som inneholder alt man trenger. TV og aircondition på både stue og soverom. En liten veranda med 2 gode stoler. Heis
Sluket på badet var tett og måtte renses.
